I reviewed your logo — it already has a good foundation and a recognizable symbol, so a complete redesign is not necessary, but a neat modern update is needed.

I would suggest:
— slightly simplifying the internal graphics of the mark to make it look cleaner and more modern
— delicately updating the typography of the name LEGaDent (to make it more “medical” and relevant)
— skillfully integrating the subtitle so that it does not get lost and works as part of the system

… As a result, the logo will remain recognizable but will become more modern and professional.
