My most recent project - half a year ago, we found a great job for a developer in Denmark in 1 month).
What do I propose?
To set a fixed amount of 800 USD for payment and pay every day. I put more on the project, otherwise I won't miss it. You indicated 1200 USD in the header.
You don't have to watch over me) Because this is my challenge and responsibility. And especially, especially to find a job in the USA, Canada. A year ago, I was involved in selecting candidates for one company for an H1B visa in the USA.
So we will have to work together, it is important that you participate in where I will invite you. :-)
And so, in principle, the approach is correct:
- Compile a competent CV
- I have my own vision of social job search companies and vacancies that you match (but no more than 20 per day, otherwise we will drown in routine and won't get the desired result)
- My support includes a full Cover Letter for each vacancy, tailored specifically to those vacancies we choose.
- Well, and if necessary, preparation for soft skills for interviews.
