Book editing

Hello. I am a beginner writer. I am 52 years old. I have written a book and want to entrust its editing to a professional.

The book is about love set against the backdrop of a distant future and in the decor of other worlds. I translated it into Times New Roman, and with 12-point font, it came out to 466 pages. I counted the characters: 651,000. The text is in Russian. It features a main character who is German, his beloved who is Moroccan, his best friend Kirichenko (Ukrainian), and his second best friend Vetrov (Russian).

I need, of course, proofreading for errors, logical mistakes, and excessive embellishments (typical of amateurs), and I also want the file to be ready for publishing.
