Непредвиденные сложности:
Cчитали, что реализовать можно всё через запросы к телеграм бот апи и были уверен, что ватсап апи тоже предоставляет такую возможность . Но оказалось, что телеграм бот апи не даёт такую возможность, поэтому нужно реализовывать через полноценное апи телеграма . Api телеграма не позволяет работать через стандартные хттп запросы, к апи телеграма нужно обращаться через шифрофвание
