    при обновлении с 2 на 3 версию ссылки не меняются, при внедрении нового шаблона шаблона ссылки не меняются 

    даже при правильном переносе информации с одной базы данных во вторую ссылки не меняются )

    Возможно, но у меня стоял компонент, который делал красивые ссылки. На третьей этого компонента не будет.  И по этой причине они будут точно разные.

    Списка нет, старый сайт сейчас работает, новый на хостинг еще не залит. В частности из-за ссылок и из-за того, что необходимо еще и грамотно его установить без потери данных и индекса. Да и при смене на 3-ю джумлу необходимо переустанавливать дистрибутив на сервере.
