Стайлгайд у вас серьезный, но не смотря на это я хотела бы поработать над вашим проектом.
"Весь контент должен остаться прежним. блоки менять местами нельзя. структура должна остаться той же" — на счет структру я бы предложила все таки внести изменения в блоки и не делать тарифные планы на всю длину экрана, так как это неудобно для галз и также на второй странице информация в раскрывающихся блоках сделана на все 12 колонок по бутстрапу, я бы уменьшила эти поля хотя бы до 10 колонок, в иделае до 8, так как это слишком длинные строки для чтения.
