Formulate a target audience hypothesis: who is the most likely payer, segments, pain points, messages for them. Propose an engagement plan: channel(s), formats, 2–3 creative options for testing (all creatives and external settings are handled by the performer). Formulate the user journey with templates for making changes to the product (the client makes edits on the product side). Set up and launch advertising according to the approved algorithm.
