Description:Old house from the 1930s-1940s. The task is a complete reconstruction with changes to the interior layout, facades, engineering networks (water, sewage, electrical, heating with heat pump, ventilation, solar panels).
According to local regulations, the following are required:
Implementation of a garage on the first floor instead of one of the existing rooms. Experience with structural modifications is required, as it is necessary to replace a window with an opening for installing roller shutters.
Demolition of the existing rear extension and construction of a new extension in its place.
