**Vacancy: Quality Control Specialist for Managers and Business Indicators**
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Control of the accuracy of information entered into the CRM:**
- Checking the correctness and completeness of the data entered by managers and automated scripts in the CRM.
- Ensuring compliance with order management protocols in the CRM.
2. **Control of managers' communication and conducting mini-trainings:**
- Daily monitoring and analysis of managers' communications with clients.
- Identifying errors and shortcomings in communication with clients.
- Conducting regular mini-trainings for managers based on identified shortcomings (at least 10 recommendations per day).
3. **Creating reports and improving communication quality:**
- Compiling detailed reports on communications with clients.
- Analyzing and improving the quality of interactions at all levels.
- Developing and implementing recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and quality of customer service.
4. **Control of creatives and SMM work:**
- Monitoring and analyzing content created for social networks.
- Developing SMM publication strategy and monitoring its implementation.
- Participating in writing the content plan, its approval, and analyzing performance indicators.
5. **Partial order processing:**
- Processing orders for a deeper understanding of all tasks and processes.
- Processing orders during managers' vacations or in case they need an unscheduled day off.
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in companies that focus on the quality of customer service.
- Desired experience in the field of selling household goods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct training events.
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify and eliminate problems in communications.
