I have a house in the mountains that is currently under renovation. This house is already livable, but in the future, I plan to use it as an Airbnb, so it is important to combine functionality and aesthetic appeal right away.
What has been done:
- Ceilings have been leveled.
- Walls have been painted.
- Floor replacement.
- Appliances have been installed.
What is needed:
Complete renovation of one bathroom:
- This room has not yet started renovation.
- It is important to consider that most pipes cannot be relocated due to the structural features of the house.
Design development for the open kitchen-dining-living area:
- The living room already has painted walls and some furniture that I would like to keep.
- I do not plan major changes, such as moving walls or adding extra windows.
- The kitchen and dining area have not yet started renovation.
Add coziness to other rooms:
- All other rooms are already completed in terms of renovation.
- I am interested in minimal intervention to create a cozy atmosphere.
