Good evening. I am interested in your offer. And I am glad that there is someone who is interested in philosophy outside of the academic environment.

- About myself. I have a philosophical education (bachelor's and master's degrees with honors). I also have teaching experience corresponding to this education. I once hosted a podcast on philosophical topics, so I have experience in explaining complex ideas in simple language. At the moment, I am working on a project related to philosophy and how to explain it to the masses. I generally have a good understanding of the history of philosophy, especially modern philosophy. At a scholarly level, I am well-versed in specific issues of contemporary metaphysics and ontology, ethics, decision theory, epistemology, and logic (I am preparing articles on these topics).

- The preliminary price is acceptable, but I think it needs to be clarified depending on how the sessions will proceed.

- I believe that the topics depend on what exactly the student wants to gain from these sessions.
1. We can take the usual chronological path and start with ancient philosophy (pre-Socratics, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Socratic schools, Hellenistic schools, and Neoplatonism), then move to the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Modern era, and contemporary philosophy.
2. We can take a thematic approach, which I find more interesting. There is a topic that interests the student or is important in contemporary philosophy, and we can explore the main philosophical answers to this question. This could be the question of justice, the meaning of life, good and evil, happiness, existence, values, consciousness, truth, knowledge, cognition, the main categories of being, proofs of the existence of God, logic, philosophy of science, etc.
3. We can take a subjective approach. There is a philosopher, and we study the ideas they developed. The main works. What they were criticized for. How they influenced philosophy and the world.
4. We can simply follow the path of philosophical works. That is, there is a significant work in philosophy, we read it together, analyze it, critique it, and agree or disagree. This can also include films, series, novels, cartoons, anime, comics, manga, and any work of art that raises philosophical questions.
5. A combined approach. Various ways to combine the previous points.

I would like to note separately that I can teach specific skills for studying contemporary philosophy. That is, where to look for literature? How to read it even without knowledge of the language? What are the main catalogs and encyclopedias used by contemporary philosophers? What libraries exist?

I can also teach how to apply philosophical knowledge in practice. I have a good understanding of several practical theories, their strengths and weaknesses, so I can explain in which situations they should be used and in which they should not. Expand
