All components of the clock should have the color modified.
Outrageous color schemes will not be well received. You can choose to use a background for the campus area to remove the background of the canvas area. The inner ring of the face outline should be a darker red, blue, or green variation. All colors must be specified in either rgba() or hexadecimal. The clock must be a little below the top of the page and centered on the page.
Most impressive would be to use Roman numerals on the clock face. Perhaps adding a slight shadow to the clock hands and the sweep hand. Most of all is your clock, it is your design!
