С чего вы взяли что кириллические адреса будут хороши для этого интернет магазина?
Сделайте рус версию с адресами на латинице, а укр версию так и оставьте.
Это единственный хороший вариант для будушего продвижения.

У Макйкрософта еще круче ссылки на Российском и украинском рынке, но вы знаете во сколько им обходится продвижение и реклама? Вы готовы тратить на СЕО и продвижение от 2000 тыс долларов в мес и достигать лидерства на рынке десятки лет?
А с ссылками - проблем не много. Сделайте основным языком англ - он будет без префикса, а дополнительными рус и укр, а латиницу поменять на киррилицу можно легко в коде, но сразу расчитывайте, что ваш адрес сайта будет отображаться набором символов и карякулями типа такого: http://xn--80aah3a2a3c8e.xn--j1amh/ и копите на СЕО и продвижение в гугле.
Появятся вопросы - обязательно спрашивайте.
P.S. Чисто из опыта - я бы вам рекомендовал делать магазин на домене, который написан на латинице - в дальнейшем будет меньше проблем и дешевле будет продвигать и шаблон рекомендую ставить покупной, а не скачанный ломанный, который может упасть в самый неподходящий момент или отправить оплату вашего покупателя не вам, а тому кто ломал шаблон и модули - уже было такое на моей практике.
