все очень плохо) море убитых денег обошел все тату салоны все что можно не кто не могу найти человека с душой и кто бы умел рисовать и хотел бы действительно воплотить этот рисунок в жизнь как и я. и это печалит страх

решил подойти к вопросу грамотно составить тз и описать все что только можно ибо не вижу другого выхода я знаю что на фри лансе очень много русских художников мне кажется для них этот проэкт может быть актуальным

Это своего рода соцобъединение или клуб по интересам. Еще есть определенные профессии, в которых это считается нормальным и поощряемым. Как-то работал фицом, так на работе только у новичков не было татухи. Все от точек зрения зависит.
