Workplace of the warehouseman and verifier:

After receiving the data and processing the customer's order document, the operator manually changes the document's status to "in assembly" and prints the corresponding form with the mandatory barcode. All printed forms are sent to the warehouse.

In the warehouse, each employee who collects the goods has their own badge with a barcode, just like every employee who verifies the collected goods. There are computers and barcode scanners in the warehouse.

Next, our modification comes into play. It can be implemented in the order journal as a separate modification or a separate form – we will decide together what will be more convenient. The logic of the modification is as follows:

• The actions of the employees are recorded: who picked the goods, when they finished picking, errors, and the time taken for picking both by document and overall by the warehouseman.
• According to the actions with the document, its status is changed: if the goods are being collected – the corresponding status is set, if they are being verified – another one.

After completing the picking, the warehouseman transfers all pallets depending on the quantity of goods in the document for verification, having previously marked the completion of the picking.

The verifier also performs actions in the system and marks the goods received from the warehouseman according to the order. Weight-based products are weighed, and the actual weight is entered into the system. After completing the verification, the modification changes the document's status to "verified". The manager forms the invoice based on the order, and the system changes the status to "completed" and "successful".

Verification moment:

The supplier sends the invoice before the arrival of the truck. The girls enter the invoice into the database, and based on this information, the warehouse verifies the arrival of the goods through the same processing.
