Living room: repaint, change flooring, furniture, custom shelving for record player and vinyl collection storage, lights
Kitchen. Need consultation. One space with living room.
Bathroom: get rid of bath and use that space for closet and clothes dryer machine, maybe water filter, shower cabin, repaint.
Any demolition, wall movements are not possible. Additional wiring and piping - as minimum as possible if neccesarrry. Floor is untouchable.
1 person, no kids.
Appartment has lack of natural daylight, so interior should help make space lighter, but darker accents are acceptable if needed.
Need visuals plan, technical drawings for music corner. 3D plan would be much appreciated.
