I have worked with Google Merchant Center suspensions, including the Misrepresentation policy. In most cases, the issue cannot be resolved by simply submitting an appeal — it is necessary to first identify the reason why Google flagged the account.
What I will do:
✅ Conduct a full audit of the website and Merchant Center.
I will check compliance with Google policies;
analyze the Merchant Center settings and product feed;
verify company information, shipping, payment, return, contact pages, privacy policy, and other trust factors;
determine the actual reason for the suspension.
After that:
I will provide a list of necessary corrections;
assist in implementing them;
prepare and submit a request for reconsideration.
If the reason is indeed a policy violation and not a false positive from the system, the chances of successful reinstatement are significantly higher after addressing all concerns than after multiple appeals without changes.
