Unlocking Facebook ads
There is a business Facebook account that was blocked a few months ago.
The reasons for the blocking are not entirely clear, as the company is new (French), there are no violations in the company or its owners, the account was blocked almost immediately after creation, no advertising was even conducted from it.
Supposedly the blocking is for financial reasons, it happened after an attempt to connect Sepa payments, initially a corporate card was connected, then it was decided to change it. The card is still listed as the connected payment method, there is money in the account, the card is connected, there are no arrears, the bank does not see any verification transactions from the card, but when appealing, the unlocking does not occur.
Since the account is blocked, reconnecting the card is not possible.
Communicating with support did not help, I have submitted an appeal several times, also unsuccessfully.
But I am, of course, not an expert in Facebook.
I need a person or agency that has experience in communicating with Facebook support and resolving similar situations, and who can help understand this situation.
