Розработатка клиента , который должен делать только выходние дзвонки без регистрации .
- использивать библиотеку PJSIP(PJSUA2)
- нужен клиент CLI не GUI
- пример клиента GUI (pjsipproject/pjsip-apps/src/pygui)
- при подключении клиент должен проиграть wav файл
- при подключении клиент должен записать разговор в другой wav файл
- клиент должен поддерживать STUN ( NAT)

Чем Вам asterisk не подходит?

нужен легкий клиент (endpoint), который потом будет интегрирован из другими сервисами для передачи аудио (websocket etc ..), использовать астериск для этого мне кажется не рационально.
