А почему вашим клиентам из ЕС нужен именно российский программный комплекс SCAD? У них же европейские есть. Или SCAD лучше?

Специалист который для нас готовил такие расчеты использовал эту программу. Но, вы правы так как это не обязательно. Главное чтобы формат соответствовал DXF или DWG

Ну, вообще то SCAD и Lira это украинский продукт и разрабатывался в Киеве, а весь маркетинг был на россии, и с начала войны наши разработчики больше не сотрудничают с Россией.
