- Select expense categories that will be covered by the grant funds. Fill in the block "Amount of your grant" in the project description sheet (descriptive part).
- Calculate the income block - forecast what income we need to generate to avoid negative net income quarterly. You can adjust service prices from the price list if you think it is appropriate.
It will be a sole proprietorship, 2nd group. We are applying for a grant amount of 500 thousand hryvnias.
Who is your product aimed at?
Business plans are checked by regular employees of the Employment Center (as far as I know). The business relates to the field of land management (cadastral numbers). Our services are aimed at landowners, farmers, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who need professional assistance in land management, document processing, and other aspects related to real estate. We place special emphasis on individuals, as the demand for land management services among them is the highest.
My requirements: clear compliance with the grant template from Diia, absence of negatives in net income, communication with understanding (I am not an accountant, financier, etc., there are many things related to the activities of a sole proprietorship that I still do not understand). Everything related to the textual descriptive part - do not touch.
Features:
Some things depend on the premises, for example, whether a generator or cleaner will be needed. But for the calculation, we assume that everything from the list will need to be purchased.
I looked at all the stationery on Rozetka, as it is easier to calculate now, but in fact, I will first look for everything in local stores. That is, I need to estimate what % I will not be able to find in local stationery stores and will need to order (to calculate delivery costs).
I have already preliminarily broken down expenses by quarters, where 1 is at the beginning, and 5 is at the beginning of the new year of business existence (1 quarter = 3 months).

Under the category "Transport and Delivery" in the grant template, I understand in my case my expenses for the delivery of equipment from my expense list. I have already found some delivery costs (I am updating the expense file in this task update - see the file "Expenses 2024-09-01"). I added notes specifically regarding delivery - which need to be clarified or to find the optimal option (for example, there is a link to the hotline in the category of cartridges, and you will need to find an option where the total cost of the cartridge itself plus its delivery is minimal, and it is also desirable that most colors come from one online store).
Suggestions for optimizing costs are also welcome.
