У оголошенні йде мова про генеральний план забудови ділянки а не про розділ . Посилання на зразок я додав до оголошення -- потрібно дивитися останнє посилання . Уточняю що у зразку обдєкт виробничої забудови , реконструкцію заукладу освіти робити доводилося але розділ ГП там розроблявся в мінімальному обємі оскільки розміри будівлі школи не змінювалися і реконструкція відбувалася в межах існуючої будівлі без зміни площі забудови і розмірів будівлі .
