I am looking for a developer for a 2D pixel art strategy-management game focused on city building, defending against missile attacks, using air defense systems, logistics, economy, and gradual territory recapture.

What needs to be done?
Create the basic game structure (menu, map, UI, scenes)
Implement logic for construction, production, resource generation
Implement attack and defense systems: missile strikes, detection, alerts, target destruction
Build a leveling system and conditions for unlocking new buildings
Develop event handling, reputation, and internal city logic
Create basic integration with database / save system
