Development of an AI agent for parsing data from Google Maps based on N8N

parses data of companies (name, address, phone, e-mail, website, short description/profile) from Google Maps in Kyiv/Kyiv region;

automatically determines the business direction of the company (1 of 15 predefined groups) and assigns a tag;

records the results in Google Sheet or CRM (Kommo / KEY-CRM / Trello — to be discussed), with fields and statuses;

launches a personalized e-mail newsletter from our corporate email, pulls the appropriate email template and commercial offer for each of the 15 groups;

ensures tracking of opens, link clicks, and attachment downloads;
Goal: to obtain a relevant database of potential clients, automate the initial contact, and gather analytics for further sales.

Internal users: sales/marketing department of the company (working with the database, statuses, leads).

External recipients: companies in Kyiv and Kyiv region from 15 business directions (offices/manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, HoReCa, education, medicine, government institutions, shopping centers/business centers/operations, creative/IT, culture, sports, laboratories, wholesale/retail, etc.).

Technical completeness: ≥95% of records have correctly collected key fields (name, address, phone or e-mail/website).

Classification accuracy: ≥90% of companies are automatically assigned to the correct business direction.

Error-free upload: 100% of data in Google Sheet/CRM without duplicates (or with configured deduplication).

Mailing: 100% personalized deliveries, delivery rate ≥97%, bounce rate ≤3%, configured SPF/DKIM/DMARC.

Analytics: opens/clicks/downloads are recorded, there are reporting fields and a dashboard/view in CRM or the table.

Documentation: a short manual for launching and editing n8n scenarios + description of variables/keys.

Scalability: the ability to easily add new cities/directions without reworking the logic.
