Наразі повністю таке зробити буде неможливо, оскільки сама структура PBI файлу цього не дозволяє - локалізація вшита в сам файл pbix і з легкістю змінити це значення буде неможливо.
Там можна зробити в моделі деякі доповнення, щоб більшість текстів можна було перемикати через фільтр, але повністю - наразі неможливо.

ТАк, розумію. Достатньо буде перекладу заголовків та структури основних візуалів. Намагався зробити це через https://pbixtranslate.com/demo , але здається з України це зараз неможлдиво зробити, або я не знаю як. То ж задача актуальна по зміні мови в межах заголовків
