2. Product strategy based on point 1 and agreed strategic directions
- product portfolio (product format, service content for each product (through the prism of service base - market norm, additional services), price, audience, USP, stages of market entry)
- strategic justification and potential in marketing such solutions
- online meeting - presentation and agreement
3. Go-to-Market strategy
- market entry plan - key milestones
- sales plan model
- target indicators for plan implementation - reach, users of each segment, and other indicators
- strategy for achieving key indicators - instrumental and creative concept (the creative strategy requires thorough development, logically at this stage - a strategic document - to have justified decisions regarding the audience's motives that we will engage in communications)

4. Implementation plan and metrics - I understand regarding the project as a whole, but we do not have processing with developers regarding implementation possibilities and others)
