- Кількість дзвінків в розрізі по менеджерах (вхідних, вихідних). Пропущених не впевнений, що можна глянути, бо в Амо не передається статус дзвінка (додзвон чи ні). Пропущені можете глянути в Бінотелі. І нема такого поняття як пропущених дзвінків на конкретного менеджера, бо дзвінок іде в компанію
- Кількість заявок, які прийшли в компанію, кількість записів загальна, та конверсія в запис (просто цифрами)
В таблиці показники:
- Кількість сделок кожного менеджера
- Кількість записів, в розрізі по менеджерах
- Конверсія кожного менеджера
Що таке кількість записів – перехід на етап "Записано на візит"
Щодо фільтрів: потрібен лише фільтр по даті
