Hello, I am engaged in architectural design of buildings, I have been working for over 15 years, I have a diploma and an architect's certificate. What is needed: topographic and geodetic survey at a scale of 1:500 agreed with the applied networks and restrictions, an extract from the cadastre for the plot, sketches of plans, references from the network, a list of requirements and wishes for the house, if there is geology and land management project, other data. I will design the house in the required style from the selected materials. The cost of designing a house starts from 250 UAH/m2 (~5 €/m2) of the total area of the premises, more details after discussion, free consultations are only for clients. The list of drawings includes schemes of the intended development of the plot, floor plans, sections, facades. Payment is 50% deposit-advance/50% upon completion (possibly 30%/40%/30% or other by agreement), payment is non-refundable if the client decides to terminate the work. The development period is from 30 days.
