I have reviewed your technical specifications and we are ready to implement a turnkey iOS and Android application for operational QHSE reporting at the site in accordance with the technical assignment at the level of Synergi Life.
The total cost for turnkey implementation based on your scope: 35,000 EUR.
This amount includes:
- UX/UI design;
- cross-platform mobile application iOS/Android;
- backend with database and API;
- web interface for administrators/responsible persons, role settings, logging/audit trail;
- push notifications;
- export (PDF/Excel), basic analytics;
- testing, preparation of releases, and support for publication in the App Store and Google Play.
Only mandatory marketplace fees (Apple Developer, Google Play Console) and, if necessary, third-party services for voice recognition/media storage are paid separately.
Timeline: 16 weeks until publication in stores.
- 1 week for clarifying requirements and prototyping;
- 2 weeks for design;
- 11 weeks for development;
- 2 weeks for QA, beta, and publication.

To immediately lay the correct architecture, please clarify: is offline work with subsequent synchronization needed, should authorization be through corporate accounts or is login/password sufficient, and is integration with existing company systems (e.g., HR/project registries) planned or should everything be managed within the application?
