Hello)
It is necessary to develop a two-layer (or four-layer, at the engineer's discretion for better signal and power integrity) printed circuit board Backplane V1 Pro in the KiCad environment (version 7 or 8).
A fully completed, detailed, and high-quality schematic in image format (PNG) is attached to the order. All connections are made through Net Labels, values and components are detailed in the specification (BOM) directly on the image.
What needs to be done:
Transfer the completed schematic (Schematic) from the image to KiCad.
Create/select appropriate footprints for components according to the BOM (ESP32-S3-WROOM module, XT60 connectors, power fuses, INA226 chips, 1.77" TFT monitor, fan connectors, power filters, etc.).
Perform quality routing (PCB Layout). The board contains power supply lines of 12V (up to 30A total current and 10A per slot), so special attention should be paid to the width of the traces, power/ground polygons, and heat dissipation.
Prepare the project for production (requirements for PCBA JLCPCB or similar).
What is expected as a result:
A complete output project in KiCad format.
Production files: Gerber, Drill files.
Please indicate your experience with power boards and estimated completion times in your response.
