1. "System Server" that provides wifi settings for the system client via http, and has a web interface accessible: a text field for entering the network name and wifi password for clients, settings for own IP, mask, router IP.
The main network connection is through ethernet. wifi is not used.
Settings must be saved after rebooting the device after power disconnection.
2. "System Client" Must control a single-channel relay module according to the algorithm:
Polling the server every 10 seconds.
Criterion for lack of connection: no access to the server three out of three requests to the server.
Criterion for presence of connection: at least one successful out of the last three requests to the server.
The client must have accessible from the web interface: settings for own IP, mask, router IP.

According to the logic of the client system, I need the simplest solution for the client like:

The second procedure checks for at least one device connected via WiFi

Технологія wifi використовується виключно "клієнтами системи" для моніторингу підключених до них пристроїв по wifi.
WiFi у передачі данних участі не приймає.

как я понимаю так нужно?Через веб интерфейс настройки,а управление через MQTT?
и какая комутируемая мощность?может вместо реле ТТ(симистор)

Можно и через телеграм управление реализовать,проще будет...
Звʼязок між пристроями має бути через езернет мережу.
Через MQTT звісно, на багато простіше контролити. Так, вебка на першому фото підходить.
Треба саме контактне реле. Хоч і потужність біля одного вата)
Мені необхідно найпростіще рішення на кшталт:
if (СерверHTTP.available()) та clientWiFi.available() then СтанРеле = on -більше від кліента логіки не потрібно
Треба одна процедура перевірки наявності сервера:
Через переривання кожні 10 секунд перевіряти наявність серверу
- якщо три останні перевірки він недоступний то СерверHTTP.available() = false
- якщо хоч одна перевірка він доступний то СерверHTTP.available() = true
Навіть отримувати данні від серверу не потрібно. Просто наявність.
Друга процедура наявність хоч одного пристрою підключенного по WiFi
- При наявності підключень clientWiFi.available() = true
- При відсутності підключень clientWiFi.available() = false
