Development of a frame extension
It is necessary to develop a structure for a frame extension, (the left side with a rectangular window), specifically a room of 3 by 5 meters. The blank in ArchiCAD is available. A frame structure is needed, and the amount of wood for the project and components for pouring the slab should be calculated.
Most importantly, it is necessary to show how to connect the old with the new.

I have experience designing frame houses for the Canadian market. I work in Revit, and regarding the quality of your "model," I believe it doesn't matter to you which software is used.

Regarding the foundation for the frame, I still recommend using a strip foundation, going down to the level of the existing building to minimize the movement of your new foundation. Form a separate "cage" for the room, and approach the existing building through an expansion joint.

Як архітектор, я розумію що конструктору мало інформації. Оскільки знаю що він одразу попросить план, існуючий стан, спитає про дах, щоб розуміти як будуть з'єднуватись існуюча частина з добудовою. Щодо фундаменту теж. А чому плита? Це рішення приймає конструктор на підставі геології.

Плита бо це каркасна споруда.

Я чому каркасники тільки на плиті можуть бути? Може бути і стрічка, може і ростверк. Та хоч на палях чи геошурупах. Це залежить від конкретних грунтів.

Для чого ця дискусія? Не на палях бо існуюча споруда має традиційний фундамент. Як мінімум естетично не підходить. Не на стрічці бо каркасним спорудам протипоказано згідно технології.

Попередньо було погоджено що проєкт виконується за вказану суму. Але так як фундаменти потрібно було терміново то взялись за роботу без підтвердження. І от за фундаменти нічого не заплачено і так сказати частина проєкту виконана, а на зв'язок ніхто не виходить.
