Task:
Create a responsive landing blog site based on phpbb. You can suggest something else, but ONLY NOT WORDPRESS! I don't like it. There will be one user and only one.
Template (does not play a big role, only the main functionality):
Header-logo + dropdown menus that I can edit in the admin panel.
Three button-banners (also editable in the admin panel).
The main part is directly the posts. A short version and a full version upon clicking.
It is worth adding that I need a separate code insertion from YouTube in the admin panel (it may need to be separately attached "after the post") and it will need to be additionally specified.
Important: All posts need to be linked to some category, or add a hashtag? (they should be highlighted in the landing but duplicated in the dropdown menus by topics)
