Description:
We are looking for a talented ML marketing specialist to develop and implement an effective email marketing strategy for our online bookstore. Key tasks include creating email templates, audience segmentation, and automating mailings using machine learning methods.
Main Tasks:
1. Audience Analysis:
- Research and analyze the current customer base to identify key segments.
- Determine the behavioral and demographic characteristics of customers.
2. Development of Mailing Strategy:
- Develop a strategy for personalized email campaigns for each audience segment.
- Plan and create a mailing calendar based on customer behavior (purchases, views, etc.).
3. Creation of Email Templates:
- Develop and design effective email templates for various types of campaigns (promotions, new arrivals, recommendations, abandoned cart, etc.).
- Include dynamic elements in emails to enhance personalization.
4. Implementation of Automation:
- Set up automated mailings using ML tools.
- Use algorithms to optimize the timing and frequency of mailings.
5. Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective email variants.
- Analyze results and adjust the strategy to increase conversions.
Requirements:
- Experience with ML marketing and email mailings.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Sendpulse).
- Data analysis and audience segmentation skills.
- Creative approach to content creation and email design.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience working with online stores, especially in the book industry.
- Ability to use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
