To correctly assess the implementation, it is necessary to clarify 3 critical points:
1. Do you have a standard configuration of 1C UTP 1.2 or has it already been modified?
It is necessary to clarify: is the configuration no longer supported or not, which objects have already been changed, and are there any external processing/extensions?
2. Is there a separate test database of 1C where API, blocking, and warehouse scenarios can be safely tested without affecting the operational accounting?
3. What specific models of Android devices and Bluetooth scanners are planned for use?
A precise list of models on which the system should operate stably is required.
Also, the budget for one agreement on the platform is limited to 27,000 UAH, so the full scope of this project needs to be divided into phases, as we usually cannot complete it for 27,000.
I suggest starting with the first phase within one agreement: an audit of the current configuration of 1C, checking the technical model of integration, agreeing on the API structure, and the basic scenario of working with the scanner. After that, we can specifically fix the next phase in a separate agreement.
