Execution of works on the development of project documentation for the object "Capital repair to ensure barrier-free access for persons with disabilities and other groups of the population to the premises of the bank branch. It is necessary to develop drawings.
According to the project solutions, it is planned to arrange a platform with tactile tiles, stairs and
a lift for people with limited mobility, installation of doors in accordance with
the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40:2018 "Buildings and structures. Inclusiveness of buildings and structures".
This approach is aimed at creating the most comfortable operating conditions for various
categories of people, while ensuring a high level of functionality and ergonomics
of the premises.
According to the project, it is planned to replace the external entrance doors and the partition made of aluminum
to separate the office space of the branch from the stairwell of the building.
To ensure accessibility for people with limited mobility, it is planned to install
a vertical lifting platform that is attached to the entrance of the premises. To ensure the protection
of the platform and the user of the platform, it is planned to increase the coverage of the entrance group at the location
of the installation of the lifting platform.
1. The drawings are developed based on the expert report on the assessment of the premises of the branch A for compliance with inclusiveness standards.

2. For powering the lifting platform for persons with disabilities, it is planned to install a panel with 4 modules of switches in the room where the distribution board is installed.
3. The lifting platform for persons with disabilities, which is normally not under
voltage, is grounded using a protective PE conductor.
4. The power network is executed with cables with copper conductors of the brand VVGngd.
5. Electrical networks are executed:
- along the ceiling under the suspended ceiling of the type APMSTRONG and along the walls in a cable channel, and in a groove along
the sidewalk hidden in a PVC pipe;
- passages of single cables through wall partitions are made in sections of steel
electrotechnical pipes and are filled with pipes after laying the cable with lightweight fire-resistant
mounting foam according to the cable passage node through the walls.
6. In order to comply with the requirements of NBU Resolution No. 149 dated 22.12.2018 and the reasonable application of DBN
V.2.2-40, the following works are planned:
-reconstruct the entrance group of the bank branch (Appendix A):
-perform repairs of pedestrian paths within the entrance group of the bank branch in accordance with
the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40;
-repair open stairs in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40;
-installation of a lifting mechanism in front of the branch entrance in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40;
-installation of handrails and fencing on open stairs and the entrance in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-
4;
-replacement of entrance doors D1 in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40;
-replacement of vestibule doors D2 in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40;
-arrangement of contrast marking;
-arrangement of a call button for bank staff;
-fixing carpet coverings and on the paths of movement;
-in the lower part of the door leaf, arrangement of a protective anti-shock strip;
-arrangement of tactile strips on the paths of movement and tactile information indicators.

"Капітальний ремонт" і "реконструкція" це не одне і те саме. "Капітальний ремонт" це коли основні Техніко-Економічні Показники будівлі не змінюються. Наприклад влаштування нового покриття підлоги , опорядження стелі (потолка) і отинькування стін , заміна заповнення віконних і дверних прорізів - це капітальний ремонт .
"Реконструкція" - це коли є добудова або надбудова і змінюється загальна площа приміщень будівлі та будівельний об'єм .
Капітальний ремонт можна робити у одну стадію але реконструкція це двостадійне проектування. За заниження класу наслідків і подання у проектній документацвії недостовірної інформації є величезні штрафи . На кінець 2021 року це було порядку 100 тисяч гривень для відповідального виконавця в даному випадку сертифікованого архітектора ГАПа або інженера-проектувальника ГІПа . І стільки ж може отримати підприємство на якому було зроблено цю документацію.
Влаштування вхідної групи це реконструкція - змінюється площа забудови будівлі . Оскільки в зауваженнях йде мова про електромережі то потрібно буде зробити узгодження основної пояснювальної записки і розділу АБ і КБ з суміжниками , будуть зміни у розділі ПОБ проекту організації будівництва . І зробити розрахунок класу наслідків , якщо це приміщення на першому поверсі багатоповерхівки тоді це СС2 і потрібно буде проходити київську інспекцію .
Роботи ще на місяць-два в кращому випадку . Швидше за все доведеться все переробити . Олексій людина яка вміє це зробити не згодиться працювати за $500 , бажаю вам успіху .
