My name is Alexandra. I specialize in building monetization for web platforms, mobile applications, and marketplaces, including internal economies, subscription systems, tokenization, pricing, and financial models.
Examples of projects I have implemented (in brief):
- monetization of a service marketplace (internal currency, credit packages, subscriptions, commissions);
- monetization of a SaaS product (three-tier pricing + pay-per-use);

My approach to building monetization:
1. Analytical stage
- product analysis, user behavior, CJM;
- competitor audit in Ukraine and international analogs;
- defining the strategic goal: maximizing ARPU / LTV, quick payback, or aggressive user base growth.
2. Building internal economy
- currency / credit system / tokens (with clear deduction logic);
- free → freemium → premium models;
- balance of limits/bonuses/restrictions that encourage payment but do not "pressure."
3. Subscription and pricing system
- developing a pricing grid (Light / Standard / Pro or hybrid model);
- determining prices and price positioning for different segments;
- logic of credit packages, one-time features, and VIP options.
4. Commissions, transactions, paid features
- promotion, visibility, elevation, priority;
- commission models (fixed, %, dynamic);
- restrictions that create motivation for upgrades.
5. Technical architecture of monetization
I will build a document with:
- roles and access;
- table structure (users, balances, transactions, subscriptions, deduction history);
- logic of top-ups/purchases/refunds;
- payment integration: LiqPay, Stripe, Fondy, Apple/Google Billing (if needed).
I can also offer implementation in C#/.NET — if you need a technically sound and scalable architecture.
6. Financial modeling
- profitability forecast (3 scenarios: optimistic, baseline, conservative);
- Unit economics: CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn;
- payback of MVP and recommended steps for scaling.
Timeline: 7–14 days (depending on the complexity and scope of functionality).
Cost: from 14,000 to 28,000 UAH for the complete system
(includes analysis, pricing strategy, financial model, architecture, and technical recommendations).
