Development of a script/program for automated generation of product names and descriptions (Excel → AI → Excel).
1. Project Meta
Automate the process of creating quality product titles and descriptions in Ukrainian and Russian based on source Excel files with articles, titles, and product descriptions.
The result should be suitable for direct use in online stores without additional manual processing.
2. Input Data
Format: Excel (.xlsx).

Product description (original, may contain HTML and special characters)

AI Data Processing
Use of OpenAI API (preferred), but if you know alternatives that yield better results or are cheaper to use - we are open to considering them as well.
Generation of new titles and descriptions in Ukrainian and Russian.
Implementation options:
Translation with elements of rewriting (basic minimum).
Full rewrite according to a custom template (ideally).
Working with Descriptions
Mandatory consideration of HTML tags, special characters, line breaks, etc. (their presence in the input data should not break the script/program functionality).
Processing texts of varying lengths (from a few words to large descriptions of several thousand characters).
Ensuring a "clean" output result without broken tags and unnecessary characters.

Format: Excel (.xlsx).

4. Technical Requirements
Ability for bulk processing (from hundreds to thousands of items).
Stability: the script must work correctly even with problematic descriptions (HTML, special characters).
Customizable description template (for example: short introduction → key features in a list → conclusion).
Convenient launch:
Option 1: Python script (locally, launched via console).
Option 2: Desktop program (Windows) with a basic graphical interface.
Option 3: We can consider your proposed implementation option.
Documentation: a short user guide (how to run, how to configure).
5. Expected Result
A working script/program that:
Reads the input Excel file.
Generates new titles and descriptions in Ukrainian/Russian.
Outputs a ready Excel file for import to the website.
Additionally:
Management of API keys (to allow substitution of your own).
Ability to change the rewriting template without rewriting the code.
6. Quality Criteria
Titles and descriptions are readable, structured, and understandable.
The description must be unique (i.e., the ideal result is not a direct translation, but a quality rewrite).
All characters and HTML tags are either preserved/correctly displayed or replaced with logical alternatives according to the target template.
Minimum manual processing (the file is immediately ready for upload to the CMS).
