У такому випадку Вам потрібно спочатку створити проект для дизайнера, вибрати відповідного дизайнера, виконати проект, а потім вже на основі отриманого макета шукати веб-розробника і обговорювати деталі з ним.

Тому що остаточною ціллю є формування команди та подальша плідна робота. З можливістю виїзду в США на ПМЖ для потенційних співробітників.

Так формуйте її в США, українців там супер багато. На фрілансхант або новачки, або люди і так вже сформувалися і мають свої бізнеси + працюють у різних країнах світу, їх не цікавить якийсь ПМЖ, тому що вони в принципі заробляють достатньо, а якщо ні, то є UpWork - який по стартапам забирає і так...
Ну реально, якщо хочете формувати команду з досвідчених людей, які дадуть щось вашій команді, то мінімум +$80 за годину прайс.
Думаю тут ви тільки витратите свій дорогоцінний час на "псевдо-спеціалістів"

Дякую Денис, насправді в тебе поради до яких варто прислухатися. Але хочу зазначити тобі для прикладу, що минулого року нам робила людина проект і ми вже працюємо більше року. Тому все ж таки хороших спеціалістів знайти можна.
