A working project for a wooden two-story frame with a total area of 144 sq m is required. The grid is located in a column layout of 6x6 meters. The ceiling height is 7.2 m. The purpose of the frame is for individual storage rooms. The load is 300 kg per m2.

A clear and attractive layout of the location "Cool Mix" in the village of Melnyky needs to be created. The layout should include main objects, buildings, recreation areas, entrances, roads, parking, and other important points. There is an opportunity to organize a visit to the location: to bring the performer and show the current state of the area. We can also conduct a detailed video tour. We will provide a preliminary layout in Word format, photographs, and necessary explanations. Expected result: a finished layout in high quality for printing and publication online. An editable source file must be provided. In the response, please indicate a clear cost and add examples of similar works (if available). Wooden terrace 7x4.5m with a frame wooden sauna 3.5x2.25m and a tub. The terrace is located on a plot with a slight slope. It is necessary to calculate the structure of the terrace (made of wood; the site is in the mountains - high snow load), calculate the structure of the sauna, develop a 3D model (photorealistic renders are not needed) and prepare drawings (facades, sections, site plan). A small complication: the documentation and drawings must comply with a specific format. Nothing special, but markings, colors of materials, and other details must adhere to a certain format.
