You did not specify where the bot should send requests for consultation and the standard request (its appearance and information only by phone? or phone, user name, and suitable calculation).
The project brief specifies to provide the last 5 calculations, as well as the phone number if available based on the Telegram user ID, which means that it is necessary to use records in the database, and the builders do not provide such an opportunity. Also, when working with the builder, the implementation will change, as not everything in your project brief he will be able to execute.

Therefore, I do not like the implementation in Pulse and there are other factors.
And I will implement the bot from scratch in Python. (if you choose me)

… It will require a lot of time, and you will also need an admin panel to change the annual interest rate on the loan (minimum) and possibly several formulas (if annuity or differentiated), as well as probably indicate the total cost of the loan (insurance and other expenses).

The project will be carried out in parts, and a VPS will be needed for deployment, depending on the traffic on this bot.
