PROJECT DESCRIPTION: TITAN CARGO CABINET

1. General Information

It is necessary to create a web cabinet for clients of the logistics company TITAN CARGO on the platform Bubble.io.
The system should have authorization, user profile, list of cars, price list, delivery cost calculator, notifications, and a clients section for internal company use.

2. Authorization and Registration

• Login to the system via username and password (email + password).

• Registration of a new user with email confirmation.

• Ability to recover password.

• For the administrator — separate access to manage client and car data.

3. Client Profile

The user profile should display:

• Username

• Email

• Client's phone

• Registration date

• Client's photo (optional, via upload or avatar)

The user must have the ability to edit their data.

4. User Cabinet

4.1. Cars

A table displaying all of the client's cars:

• Status: Loaded, New, At Terminal, Dispatched

• Date

• Auction (Copart / IAAI / Manheim)

• Car model

• VIN

• Lot

• Port of departure

• Port of arrival

🔹 The administrator has the ability to add/edit cars and link them to a specific client.
🔹 The user sees only their cars.

4.2. Price

A separate page with a rate table:

• Delivery cost by land

• Cost by sea

• Directions: Klaipeda, Rotterdam

• Ability for the administrator to update prices manually.

4.3. Calculator

A simple delivery calculator for the USA and Canada:

• Fields: Auction, State, Delivery Port, Car Type

• Calculation of costs based on specified formulas (provided by the administrator)

• Display of results in real-time.

4.4. Notifications

• When the car status changes, the client receives an email notification.

• Messages are also displayed in the cabinet in a separate section “Messages”.

4.5. Clients (for administrator)

• A list of all clients with the ability to add a new one.

• Linking cars to clients.

• Search by name, email, or VIN.

• Ability to delete, edit, or deactivate clients.

5. Design and Structure

• Minimalist, clean interface in the style of TITAN CARGO (blue, gray, white).

• Main menu on the left side:
  Dashboard / Cars / Price / Calculator / Notifications / Profile

• Responsiveness for computers and mobile devices.

6. Admin Panel

• Access only for the company manager.

• Ability to add new clients, cars, edit statuses, prices, calculator.

• View all user actions (log history).

7. Technical Details

• Platform: Bubble.io

• Database: built-in Bubble

• Interface language: English (with the possibility to add Ukrainian/Russian in the future)

• Integration with an email service (e.g., SendGrid or Gmail API) for sending messages.
