The logistics company «Shipping Freight Company», with 18 years of experience in the transportation industry, is announcing a vacancy for an experienced Microsoft 365 developer.
Your role will involve developing, configuring, managing, and providing technical support for key Microsoft products that are an integral part of our daily operations.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 products.
• In-depth knowledge of configuring and setting up CRM and ERP modules within
• Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in reporting and analytics in Dynamics 365.
• Experience in programming languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others, to extend the platform's capabilities, will be a significant advantage.

Administration and Configuration:

• Professional proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Power Automate, Project, and M365 Admin Portal.
• Experience managing users, roles, and access rights in Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform
• Skills in customizing entities, forms, and workflows in the system.
• Ability to effectively implement changes in configuration and support them.

Integrations and Connections:

• Experience working with integrations between MS 365 and other systems.
• Knowledge of tools for data import and export.

Proactivity and Communication Skills:

• Ability to analyze and solve problems related to the configuration and operation of Dynamics 365.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with users and colleagues.

Desired Skills: 

• Knowledge of methodologies for developing and implementing CRM/ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking, understanding, and ability to describe business processes according to BPMN standards.

Personal Qualities:

• Result-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsibility and punctuality.

Will Be an Advantage:

• Experience participating in full cycles of implementation and configuration of MS 365.
• Experience with other CRM/ERP systems.
• Possession of Microsoft certifications related to MS 365.
• Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement and development of applications for CRM MS 365

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, Mon.-Fri. from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Days off: Sat.-Sun.
