About the Project I'm an IELTS expert and educator with an established personal brand on Instagram, where I create educational content and help students prepare for the IELTS exam. We're looking for a strategic marketer who can take ownership of our paid acquisition funnel and help us make data-driven decisions throughout the launch. You will be responsible for: Developing the overall Meta Ads strategy leading up to the course launch. Choosing the most effective funnel (Instagram growth, lead generation, landing page traffic, webinar registrations, etc.). Planning the advertising roadmap for the next 2–3 months. Building and managing the Meta Ads account structure. Launching, testing and optimizing campaigns. Testing audiences, offers, creatives and messaging. Monitoring performance and making optimization decisions. Providing regular reports and recommendations for scaling. We will create and record the content ourselves, but we expect you to provide creative direction, suggest ad concepts, messaging and video/script ideas based on campaign performance.RequirementsRequired Strong experience with Meta Ads. There is a product catalog for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that is used in catalog advertising (Advantage+ Catalog Ads). Currently, the ads almost always show only the first (main) photo of each product. It is necessary to ensure that Meta uses different photos of the same product (different mockups) and mixes them in the ads. Consultation is needed on how to make the photos mix.
