Требуется в готовом проекте VisualStudio дописать программу, а именно создать динамическую форму заполнения списка сотрудников из имеющегося справочника с привязкой к календарю и отправкой уведомлений. Часть кода уже есть. Основное это именно динамическая форма. Функция добавления информации в базу данных отрабатываются на стороне Postgres.
