We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a disciplined and results-oriented individual ready to take ownership of lead generation and sales support while working closely with senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads, introducing our mortgage solutions and services.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities using multiple channels, including social media, and referrals.
- Maintain and expand the client database, ensuring it is up-to-date and well-organized.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager and Head of Sales to meet team objectives and personal performance goals.
- Schedule and set appointments with potential clients for mortgage consultations.
- Present mortgage options and communicate benefits clearly to prospects.
- Support the sales team by nurturing leads through the pipeline.
- Track all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on lead progress and suggest improvements to strategies.
- Follow a structured daily schedule to meet outreach and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
- Participate in comprehensive onboarding and training from day one to understand our services, tools, and processes.
- Receive ongoing mentorship and support to ensure your growth and success.
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales (mortgage/real estate industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, writing in your cover letter I've sold the mortgage, organizational skills.
- Discipline and the ability to work systematically with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- A goal-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
