To be honest about the technical limitations: if we create a purely web solution (regular website + iframe), it will not be possible to fully track clicks/buttons on external domains due to browser security (same-origin). Therefore, there are two workable options here:
A desktop application (Electron) with an embedded browser + managed logging/blocking rules (most practical).
A "remote browser" on the server (session management via Playwright/Chromium) + the user works in streaming/proxy, and we collect events (more complex, but also feasible).
I can implement an MVP based on the logic you described:
employee login page;
list of websites;
launching work on the selected website through the shell (embedded browser);
employee dashboard with history;
admin panel: employees/access, websites, action log, filters, CSV/Excel export.
The action log will be made "evidential": who, which website, time, event + (if necessary) screenshot/video fragment before critical actions.
"Important clicks" will be implemented through settings in the admin panel: for each website, we set rules (for example, CSS selectors/URL patterns) that are considered "confirm/send," and these will be logged/can require confirmation.
Prohibition of sections/buttons: also through rules in the admin panel (list of prohibited URLs/elements). It works effectively in shell mode (Electron/managed browser) because there is no need to place code on the external site.
Security:
passwords are not shown to employees;
storage in a secret vault (Vault/Secrets Manager/encryption in the database);
access roles + audit.

How many websites are on the list at the start (5 / 20 / 100)?
Do these websites have 2FA / captcha / device binding? (this is critical for auto-login)
