Интересует даже готовый шаблон. Особых претензий на эксклюзивность не имею. А агентство называется "Материк". И предыдущий наш сайт нам сделали как раз за 300 долл. Так что положительный опыт создания качественного сайта за такие деньги есть. Уверен это и сейчас возможно тем более.

Предыдущий наш сайт, мы приобрели у разработчика из Екатеринбурга года 3 назад. Проблема в том что он сейчас пропал куда-то, а хостинг под его контролем..... Сайт уже больше недели не работает. А этот товарищ на связь не выходит.Такие дела!

Vyacheslav Seleznyov 31 October 2013Я, кстати тоже имел в виду в большей степени сам по себе объём. Речь даже идёт не об объёме работ по программной части, а вообще. Даже если наполнять (набивать) объекты кто-то другой будет. За 300 у.е. я тоже сайты продавал, которые стоил больше 500. Бывает просто, что сам делаешь что-то чтобы проверить свои навыки, а потом продаёшь по сниженной цене. А бывает клиент сливается, а проект остаётся. Бывает ещё, кстати, выполнил проект, а потом раз... и аналогичный заказ. То есть нужно только перезалить да поправить, ну и базу другую забить. Вот такой вариант самый удачный для заказчика!

Вот именно! Речи о том, что нужно заливать на сайт базу объектов конечно же НЕТ. Всё наполнение мы сделаем самостоятельно. Нужна платформа, куда можно внести необходимую информацию. Если у кого-то есть готовый шаблон. Его следует подкорректировать под наши требование. Остальное сделаем мы сами.

Просто я знаю что в себя включает сделать сайт по недвижимости. Например только за программинг, программер запрости у меня 1-1,5 у.е. Мне дизайн рисовать. Верстальщику заплатить. Потом базу тестить, работу фильтров, умного фильтра, делать выгрузки/загрузки баз, прайсов. Всевозможные привязки объектов к картам на гугле. Трудно сказать где вы найдете человека, который за 300 долл хорошо выполнит такой объем работы, не сломается, не психанет...

Просто сейчас молодёжь так сбивает цены, что я не решился и написал 1000, или даже 800. На джумле такой проект поднять - это будет нечто. Друпал ещё куда ни шло. MODx хорош будет. Хотя самопис предпочтительней, но я об этом не стану эхм, по цене просто никак. Дело в том, что сайт недвижимости с усечённым функционалом вещь ни редкая. Поэтому... хотя 300 у.е. в голове не укладывается. Ну да ладно, я писал в предыдущем посте, может просто фартанёт и кто-нибудь на базе уже готового чего-то возьмётся. Хотя новичок тоже может взяться. Это ведь хороший опыт. Сам делал в начале своего пути подешовке, а знакомым почти бесплатно))) Всё моГет быть)))

Если исходить из срока в 30 дней, то 300 у.е. как бы сумма нормальная, такие зарплаты в провинциях, но с другой стороны он должен хорошо разбираться во многих вещах. Бог с ним с Фронтендом, к примеру. Но м самом программинге куча всего. Тут кстати соотношение цены и качества эхм... оптимистом быть не запретишь, но качество может пострадать. Видел на Хабре интересную наработку по поиску для агентств недвижимости на MODx, но с MODx здесь мало кто работает. В основном Джумла, Wordpress. Но попробуйте договориться с АКТИВНЫМИ ставками. А может быть такой вариант, что эта работа уже сделана ранее. Я ведь не претендую на уникальность. Мне важно чтобы работал сайт. И чем лучше будет соотношение "цена-качество" - тем лучше. Это же бизнес. Понятно что можно ввалить в разработку сайта не одну тысячу долларов. Но если можно обойтись без этого, к чему лишние расходы?

Yuriy Bondarenko 31 October 2013вот это уже поинтереснее. Из того что я выделил бы, это привязка менеджера к определенным объектам, или категориям объектов. Есть 10-15 атрибутов недвижимости, по которым происходит фильтрация. Если собрать весь функционал под одной крышей, то я думаю это будет стоить от $2 000. Это со своим, авторским дизайном, версткой и программированием. С учетом нагрузок на базу данных, то я думаю, что система по управлению сайтом должна быть "1С Битрикс". Битрикс хорош так же для СЕО. В целом да, от $2 000. Только здесь будет дизайн интерфейса несколько другого уровня, более высокого.

Иные мастера рубят деньги на своих предыдущих наработках, собственно и я так делаю, да все вобщем. Назначаешь приемлемый срок (дней 20, хотя работы на два дня) и всё. Тоже бизнес)) Главное, чтобы ему 300 у.е. по душе пришлось. Вёрстку и дизайн можно взять шаблонную, в интернете шаблон недвижимости не проблема. Если отойти от создания всевозможных карт, которые делают на javascript (это отдельный человек делает как правило, но в контакте с Бэкэнд-разработчиком), то может и выгореть. Многовато этих самых "если" не так ли? Но спросите у тех ребят, что сделали ставки, как они на ваш проект смотрят. Может там иная т. з., энтузиазм никто не отменял. Они переписку нашу вряд ли читают, а даже если и прочитают, скорее всего станут вас переубеждать, что всё нормально, всё реально сделать и с нуля. Кто знает...)))
