Olga Mihaylyuk 23 July 2019Уточните, пожалуйста, с какой целью изначально выполняли чистую html вёрстку?
Дело в том, что она не может быть пригодна для использования в данном проекте - разве что в качестве дизайн-макета.HTML вёрстку просто так нельзя вставить в движок на php и работать дальше.
Её придется полностью переделать, что по объему работы будет больше и сложнее, чем если изначально выполнять сайт на CMS.

Верстку трогать не нужно, подставить ее в tpl, добавить переменные вместо текста и по необходимости разделить на header, footer, content и модули -
