тут по ходу та же песня за 30$ купить тему за 10$ настроить сайт (тему же купили, а значит делать ничего толком не надо), остальные 26 626$(по курсу нбу) в карман=)

Добрый день! Это проект не госзаказ, а частный.
Стоимость темы по моим текущим представлениям в среднем 200 usd.
Тема еще не куплена. В проекте указана, что тему будем подбирать вместе с исполнителем и эту работу (на помощь в поиске) также нужно заложить в бюджет.

самый лучший вариант - объяснить заказчику, чтобы увеличил сроки, и не искать тему а верстать с нуля и разработать потом опять же с нуля на вордпресс, потому как чаще всего готовые темы/шаблоны не поддерживают редактирование/изменение/добавление, что может привести к созданию закостыленного некачественного продукта.

Добрый день! Готовая "купленная" тема - не значит готовый шаблон, со структурой, блоками, страницами и т.д.. В WordPress это немного разные понятия. Вам как я понимаю нужен именно шаблон.

Видимо да. Просто кто-то называет темой. Имеется ввиду готовый шаблон дизайна и верстки из-за высокой срочности проекта и отсутствия времени на дизайн с нуля.
